Had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel! the room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and the temperature was just right. We loved the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near the party we were attending, which made it easy for us to come back after a night of dancing. the staff were also lovely and made us feel very welcome.

The breakfast buffet was not to our liking, but thankfully they cooked our breakfast to order and it was delicious. the service at the restaurant was a bit slow and could be improved.

Perfect for weekend. Do recommend the venue, & I would love to go back.

Convenient location and a lovely breakfast to start the day. It's a great spot to stay when you're on a vacation around here. A big win was having free Wi-Fi available – a real plus for keeping connected while away. 🌟

Clean and sufficient-sized rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Spotless en-suite bathroom. Tea making facilities with regular top-ups at Reception. Excellent staff, from Receptionists to Restaurant staff, who were friendly and accommodating. Helpful reception staff who booked taxis for us. Convenient location for visiting friends in the area or attending events like concerts or racetracks. Filling and fresh buffet for evening meals.

Nothing to dislike.

The location of this hotel is perfect for attending a concert at Cannock Chase, which is just a short distance away. It is also conveniently located near local industrial sites in the Birngham area. the Beefeater restaurant, located nearby, provides excellent quality service and delicious food. the rooms are clean and tidy, with friendly staff providing excellent service. the breakfast from the Beefeater is always a great start to the day. the hotel offers ample parking.

The size of the rooms may be slightly disappointing compared to other hotels in a similar price range.

I recently stayed at a hotel located conveniently near Cannock Chase, the Forestry Commission concert venue. The location was perfect for me, allowing me to easily attend the concert and explore the nearby area. The hotel also provided great value for money, with reasonable prices for both the rooms and the on-site amenities. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, perfect for a family with 3 kids. I was pleased to find that breakfast was served fresh and delicious.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there is really nothing that I believe needs improvement.
